... I've always been online.. but i've never really been ONLINE ONLINE.

I feel bad for not being able to express myself here on xanga, and you can tell, i've been trying to keep my fire lit posting once a month here and there. Recently not even as often as a month. And it's too bad too because I love the community here.

I think I have too many hobbies haha. Or maybe I just have really bad ADD, because i'll look at something and i'll remember oh yeah, but then i get distracted with something and i'm off doing that

I just made a list and deleted it all haha. It just made me realize how much stuff I have to catch you guys up on but it's really disappointing because I don't know if I really will have the time to type it all down but I feel like I will have the fire to

One thing I will update you guys on is that I recently just got the a900. An old Full Frame Camera Body but it's still effing SWEET. I bought it new for... a arm and a leg.  but it's so worth it. I am finally pleased with how my pictures are coming out here's a sample.

Since I can't always type on here and really I only have time to post pictures  I made a tumblr... I know.. I always thought I wouldn't make a blog there either because I have a Xanga but that site is actually pretty nifty in it's own unique way.

The English Riviera Track By Track

It's Aprill 11! Today marks the release of Metronomy's album release for The English Riviera! I heard The Look for the first time and instantly fell in love with this band. INSTANTLY! fell. in ♥. with this band. So now i'm waiting for their Vinyl, T-Shirt to come in from their website. A little excited about that purchase. Until Then, I have downloaded their Mp3 Album from their site! comes with WAV in 1411kbps goodness. ugh beautiful. Can't wait to listen to it with my K701's on the amp. 

Listening to the album as we speak! It's very laid back. The whole album is enjoyable. And I mean the whole Album. Still my favorite track is The Look lol. I'm glad I get to listen to it in absolute pristine quality. It feels perfect if listening with friends, perfect road trip music, perfect timing, for this 81º Weather. Went to get new tires for my car today, Thought I'd get a decent deal for it if I went on base at work. So I started heading my way over there. Was about to pass the building of where I work when I see the green lig-
SKADOOSH 
I get rear ended by some dude with people packed in his car. I laughed.. at the luck of my poor baby. A popped tire 2 days ago and then I get rear ended.... on top of all that.. I was on the way of repairing the tires LOL. Someone is out for me. 

[Short Story]
I got the the guys cell phone number... but.. I forgot the rest of his information HAHAHA. in the end he was a good guy and complied with all the proper procedures making life easy for me. LUCKILY. Good first time to be in a accident so I know better now what to do for next time. 

[OPTIONAL! Long Story]
Turned into the parking lot and the car fallowed me. Parked and went outside to check out the damage. Nothing too crazy.. a crack on the bumper and some scratches. The guy got out of the car and started apologizing thoroughly. I almost felt bad. He was in uniform and I looked at his rank and he was just a Airmen (E-2). Poor guy, he must've just checked into the Airforce, Just got the car, probably scared shitless lol, I wonder what rank he thought I was since I was in civilian clothes lol. The typical new guys are always really formal which was nice. His hands were shaking and I was telling him to calm down. I told him I'd need his phone number so we exchanged them. He said he was in a hurry that's why he wasn't paying attention to my car when he hit. He also said he'd fix it, I asked him if he was gonna call his insurance people and said he was, so I told him i'd probably do the same for mine as well 
     Got into the tire shop and they said they'd start on it right away. In the mean while, I was talking to people about what happenned and I just realized something.... I didn't take a picture of the collision.. Nor did I get his license plate.. or his name.. or his insurance policy number HAHAHA. That's when I started getting a little worried. I believed the kid was going to be honest about the situation so I was not worried... too much. Waited till I got out of base to call the guy up wondering what he did so far, and yes, thank god. He called the insurance company and said they'd call me soon about the info. Pish Pash. All good to go.

THINGS I LEARNED THIS TIME:
When you get into a accident. Make sure you do the following:
•exchange insurance policy information (policy number, company), 
•get his/her full name
•get his/her license plate
•get his/her license number 
•exchange phone numbers
•call the police and definitely get a police report number  

All I did was get his name and number XD. What a learning experience this week has been. 

I did talk to my dad about the situation and asked me if the damage was even that big of a deal. It wasn't really, He told me to be good and maybe keep it hush hush from the Insurance Companies. Do the guy a favor... It's too bad, by the time I called to see if he wanted to do it, he already made the claim. I would've kept the money for camera gear anyway.. LOL it's better that way. Poor Car.. Definitely gonna have to give it some love this weekend.

Poor babyy

I knew it was gonna happen soon but I didn't think it was going to be this soon. So far I've had my car for 1.5 Years now. With the same Tires, i've ran it damn near 40,000 miles now. lol. I wasn't surprised that this happened but I wish it didn't cause I wanted to get more camera gear lol. I guess it was gods way of saying... stop forgetting your priorities and take care of one thing you use the most! (other than your cameras)

Here is a quick time lapse of what happenned during the Tire Change:

1330 READY TO WORK BIATCH
1600 Told to go home, they didn't need me .__.
1615 Tire Pressure Low Light Comes On, -looks for air pump-
1618 Gas station, free air sweet. -looks at tires,... -fadge.. ones flat... that explains it.

INITIATE SPARE TIRE REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

1625 Bolts won't come off.. frustration
1630 Sets L Bar on nut and start kicking it counter clockwise to unscrew nuts. SUCCESS
1633 Attempts to remove wheel.. Does not bulge
1637 Wondering if I'm doing something wrong.. call a friend, he says jack higher
1639 Start tugging at tir-OMG THE CAR IS FALLING TOWARDS ME! LEANS AGAINST CAR STARTS UNSCREWING JACK TO GO LOWER 
1645 Still unscrewing jack to go lower, car feels like it's going to fall less lol
1650 CoWorker comes out of nowhere stops by and asks if I needed help, Gladly accepts his 15 years of aircraft mechanic experience lol
1655 Lowered the jack enough to put the car on neutral and roll it forward to take down the jack safely.

RE INITIATE SPARE TIRE REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE 

1657 Start trying to pry the tire off the car not working
1701 Gas station guy gives us hammer. Me thinks it will do
1705 FINALLY GOT THE TIRE OFF
1710 Got the spare on and is good to go home.

Luckily for me. I left work early today. Imagine getting a flat at 10PM at night in the middle of nowhere .__.
Luckily for me. My CoWorker came to help me out. Definitely made life a lot easier lol. 
Luckily for me. The gas station guy gave us that hammer lol.

I told my coworker that I owe him one for helping me out that time. He told me, no, I don't owe him anything. Just make sure I help out the next guy in trouble, cause this time, I know what to do. Not bad coworker, not bad. 

So now that I know what to do, here are some Side Notes incase you get a flat:

•Don't jack the tire off the ground too high.. it will fall on you. In fact, the gas guy said, "your car fell off the jack because you jacked it up too high"
 GOOD ADVICE... PHONE A FRIEND.
•If your tire doesn't come off easy... get something that will shake the shit out of it. like a hammer lol. It might have been corroded onto your wheel, making your jack highley likely to tip over because you were pulling so damn much lol.

25 Days, and I couldn't handle it. lol.

So one day me and my friends were at a diner just hanging out, Then my one friends tells me how it's ridiculous how i have so many websites lol. Facebook, Xanga, Flickr, DeviantArt, and I'm even about consider Tumblr lol.  She told me I couldn't handle it if I gave it up for Lent. And Then I put some things on top of it. Like, no video games or tv. I really wanted to be more active with my life lol. I thought it shouldn't be so hard. I didn't wanna go into it alone so I said I wasn't going to do it unless my best friend did it with me. 

"Could I at least warn everyone that i'm going to be gone?"

"NO... no one is to know haha"

We couldn't do it lol. We kept on changing the rules during the month lol. One week in we lifted the video games rule. Since we don't do much of that anyway. 3 Days later we said we'd only watch 2.5 hours of tv a day.. then we just started to ignore that rule completely lol. The one thing I was able to not do the longest was do social networking. I could live without it, but honestly, it's just so convenient to communicate to the masses with a couple of taps on the keyboard and a sometimes a left click on the mouse.

I felt kind of bad though, because I was in Japan during March, I left 3 days before the Earthquake. I did mention I was back on facebook, but I just stopped going on shortly after. I was worried that people would have that I was still there and that I was possibly dead.

And with Xanga I haven't been on for ages, and then i'm not allowed to be back for another 40? CRUEL is what it was lol. for me at least. 

Not social networking though brought it back to me old school, phone calls, e-mails, and such. We can honestly survive without it... but.. why would we. it's there. it's a fast way to get the word out. While I was out giving up social networking, if I had pictures i wanted to show people I Had to e-mail it to them. I'm happy I can tell them to just take a look at my album on flickr again haha.

I just got Pro for Flickr. I use to not believe in flickr at all until I started posting pictures in it. I just entrusted facebook lol. but I can tell now that Flickrs Picture Quality is wayy better than facebooks lol. It's also a good way to jump off my pictures of 2011. I'm not gonna post my pictures from the times before, .... mmmm yup.. it's because of laziness. So i'll be posting there now. Make sure you all stop by from time to time  

Tokina AT-X 17mm Album

I also got a new lens! 17mm f/3.5 prime! the aperture kinda blows but the pictures actually come out wayy sharp. sharper than the bs kit lens they always give you lol. This will do until I can afford the Carl Zeiss 16-35 f/2.8 I always wanted lol.

Just finished editing my videos i've collected during my christmas break. I really didn't have much to work with, the ending your just watching my brother and his gf talk lol. But yeah, I did what I could. The beginning would've been a good intro to the whole thing but the end is pretty much a 3 min sum of how family parties normally work for me lol. But here is a piece of my christmas for you guys. Hope you like ♥

Haven't really messed with GUNPLA since eons ago. Gunpla you say? Oh that is nerd talk for being super nerdy for extended hours in normally one sitting or occasionally, a couple of sittings.

But really it's like building model cars and airplanes but.. a lot cooler lol. well a lot cooler in my book . Thought I was working yesterday but it turned out I wasn't. Love finding those out. So instead of cleaning up my apartment and car, and restocking my fridge supply. I thought I'd build my gundam a little. I thought I was only going to mess with it for a little bit when suddenly.. I snapped the wrong piece and it was 8 steps ahead =___= 

I figured I might as well get to that section then.

After a couple of hours and not realizing how much time has passed by then the Gundam was finished. lol. woops. how did that happen. So i rushed to walgreens, ordered some food, and restocked on milk and oreos. mmmmm. called it a day. 

Doesn't he look cooool? I didn't think the Master Grades would be so detailed.. pretty fun to put together.. you guys should try building one if you haven't already. Just.. make sure you don't lose a part lol.

Yup. lol. Now i just feel bad for not fulfilling my promises to you guys with at least blogging every friday. But then I realized that's.. when i'm out most of the time lol. I think I blog about apologizing for not blogging for a while more than actually blogging. So yeah.. Now that i have some down time I'll tell you why i'm so busy?

Gonna be out of the country for a month for work i'm lookin forward to that. 

Trying to get my flickr account running so you don't have to go through my facebook anymore lol.

Deviantart is actually pretty cool. I use to just use it seldomly but now i'm on there a little more often. It too has a nice community.

Going to finish my video projects, so I gotta upload it to youtube.

BUT! you know what makes it worse and what really brings the laziness out of me.. Double uploading. Because I post everything on facebook. It makes me too lazy to post anywhere else so for that. I Apologize. I'll try to catch you guys up on everything i've been doing so far. So look out world! lol. I know you will take my promises lightly but, that really is my fault.
